To provide clarification to those who have asked, there is NO junior division at the Stratford Kendo Club’s tournament.
On behalf of the Forest City Kendo Club, University of Western Ontario Kendo Club and Stratford Kendo Club, we announce the first annual Stratford Kendo Club Invitational Tournament will be held on Saturday, April 14th, 2018 at St. Michael’s Catholic Secondary School, Stratford, Ontario.
We hope this tournament will be an avenue for aspiring kendoka to gather, share their passion, and support each other in a lifelong training in kendo. We also hope to support our national team members with the 17th World Kendo Championship this year, so all tournament proceedings will be donated to support Team Canada.
The registration deadline for this event is Monday, March 26, 2018. Please be advised that no late registration will be accepted.
For details, contact Derek Barr at the Stratford Kendo Club.
