Kendo Ontario Women’s Keiko – November 7

From Kendo Ontario:
To all women kendo players in Ontario.  On Saturday November 7th, 2~4:30 pm, Kendo Ontario will be holding a special women’s only keiko at the University of Toronto.  The practice will be run by Bora Choi of Jungko Kendo Club and a member of Team Canada.  We encourage all women players to come out and participate in this event.   It will be a very good learning experience for all.  Come out and join in.

Annoucement: 2015 Goyokai Event!

From Goyokai:

Dear Sensei and Friends:

As planned, we will be having the 2015 Goyokai Seminar and Tournament.

It will be from Nov. 13, 2015 to Nov. 15, 2015 in the area of Randolph, MA as usual.

Guest sensei from Japan (they were at the 2014 Goyokai seminar and tournament) are
Hironori Tahara Sensei (田原弘徳先生) (Hanshi 8-dan) from Tokyo, Japan
Masuo Shinotsuka Sensei (篠塚増穂先生)(Hanshi 8-dan) from Kanagawa, Japan
Masao Iida Sensei (飯田正雄先生) (Kyoshi 7-dan)
We plan to focus on shiai and shinpan rules, shiai techniques, and promotion test.

Attached are the information and the registration Excel file. We are asking a representative of each dojo to complete the Excel file and send one check from each dojo. If you are only one who want to participate, you can fill in the Excel sheet and send the payment.

JCCC Sr Kendo Tournament [Sat Nov 28]

The JCCC Kendo Club is proud to host its annual JCCC Senior Kendo Tournament onSaturday November 28th, 2015 and extend the attached Invitation and registration forms to members of the Kendo community.
