We are pleased to announce that the Annual Keishicho (Tokyo Police Force) Sensei Kendo Seminar hosted by Kendo Ontario and Etobicoke Olympium Kendo / Iaido Club will be held once again this year. Last year we were fortunate to have Watanabe Sensei lead a successful seminar. This year, we will have as our invited guest, Tadayuki Kasahara Sensei (7 Dan Kyoshi) to lead the seminar.

Please see following details.

Hosted by: Kendo Ontario & Etobicoke Olympium Kendo / Iaido Club
Location: Sports Gym, University of Toronto Athletic Centre, 55 Harbord Street, Toronto (Click Here for Google Map)
Date: Saturday, August 17th, 2019
Time: 11:00am to 5:00pm

*Seminar details will be decided by Kasahara Sensei.

The purpose of this seminar is to have as many kendoka as possible to see, feel and experience Keishicho Kendo. We hope this seminar will inspire and create a deeper interest towards Kendo for all the participants.

The seminar will be followed by a dinner with Kasahara Sensei where everyone will have an opportunity to ask questions and get to know Kasahara Sensei better. The location, time and fees for dinner are to be determined.

Please have one representative from each dojo contact Ryo Yasumura as soon as possible with the number of members interested in attending the seminar. In addition, please notify the number of members who will be attending the dinner with Kasahara Sensei. Dinner fee will be collected prior to dinner. (Please have payment ready in cash.)
